What we are building
Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers that was created in 2018.
We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

What You Will Do
- Proactively identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and operational challenges, partnering with customers to drive swift and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with your Country Manager to ensure long-term customer success through a world‑class support and service experience.
- Support the presales process by demonstrating product value and providing technical insights to prospects, reporting directly to the Country Manager and dotted with head of TAM
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting on performance issues, client‑side integrations, and Google Ad Manager configurations, escalating to the Solutions Engineering team when appropriate.
- Deliver platform training sessions and lead onboarding programs for both new customers and prospects.
- Share and expand AdTech expertise internally and externally, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements, navigating a wide range of technical and strategic topics.
- Leverage your industry knowledge to advise customers on optimizing their ad stack and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and escalate when needed to validate solutions or explore alternative approaches.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, representing the company in AdTech events and webinars.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as pre‑sales, technical consulting, or a similar position within the AdTech ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and hands‑on experience with debugging tools (e.g., browser developer console).
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Good communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and focus in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering value to clients.
- Confidence in acting as a strategic partner, influencing both technical and business decisions.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in cross‑functional environments and motivated to contribute to team success.
