YOUR MISSIONS:

As part of SII Italia’s growth, we are strengthening our commercial and technical team by welcoming a Technical Account Manager .

You will play a central role in the success of SII projects in Italy, combining technical skills, client relationship management, and business development.


Your daily work will focus on three main areas:


Business Development and Pre-Sales:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in pre-sales sessions and respond to RFI/RFPs.
  • Support the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals.


Client Interface:

  • Understand the technical and functional needs of clients.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance, and quality of services delivered.
  • Present proposals during meetings and client sessions.


Technical Coordination and Team Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, engineers, project managers) to prepare and oversee technical documentation and commercial proposals.
  • Manage and coordinate technical teams during RFP responses.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement in projects.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Strong technical and strategic expertise, gained as a Technical Lead, Team Leader, System Engineer, or Project Manager (5+ years of experience).
  • Ability to analyze complex RFI/RFPs and develop high-value technical-commercial proposals.
  • Strong business sense and client relationship skills, combined with a pragmatic project vision.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Natural leadership, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • A plus: experience in Software or System Engineering (development, integration, IVVQ…).

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts, being a key contributor to their success.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and strategic positioning of SII Italia.
  • Manage and coordinate technical teams on large-scale projects.
  • Drive innovation and operational excellence in an international and demanding environment.
