We’re pleased to be working exclusively with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS AdTech company, on the hunt for a Technical Account Manager to support and expand key publisher relationships across Southern Europe.


This is a highly visible, client-facing role at the intersection of technology, strategy, and revenue optimisation, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with measurable impact.


The Role


You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor to premium media and publishing clients, helping them optimise their advertising infrastructure and maximise monetisation outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial and engineering teams, influencing both customer success and product direction.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as a technical partner to key clients, identifying performance issues and optimisation opportunities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot ad stack, integration, and performance challenges
  • Support presales efforts with technical expertise and product demonstrations
  • Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for new and existing customers
  • Advise clients on best practices in monetisation strategy and ad tech architecture
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing technical depth and strategic insight
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the AdTech ecosystem


Experience required


  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g. Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Presales Engineer) within AdTech
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and browser debugging tools
  • Experience working with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and publisher ecosystems
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
