Technical Account Manager - Italy

Overview Join our Italian office as a Technical Account Manager. As a member of the Business IT Services team, you will be the key point of contact between our merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional consulting during the pre-sales phase;

Advise and recommend best practices for integrating payment solutions;

Manage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio from onboarding onward;

Organize and lead technical workshops with clients;

Oversee client delivery in collaboration with the functional tester;

Monitor potential technical developments for clients;

Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests during the integration process;

Manage internal communication with various teams;

Act as the technical reference for the Italian payments ecosystem, including supporting merchants during testing and troubleshooting of local payment methods, and coordinating technical investigations with local issuers, acquirers and payment partners as needed.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or a strong technical background;

Tech enthusiast with curiosity for new technologies;

Detail-oriented and precise with strong attention to detail;

Multilingual with fluent English required;

Project orchestrator with project management experience is a plus;

Strong written and spoken communication skills;

Technical skills: HTML, JavaScript, PHP, or equivalent;

Bonus: knowledge of CMS (Magento, Prestashop) is a real asset.
