Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. To strengthen our growth in the Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a Technical Account Management Specialist who is ready to step into a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of technology, quality and customer strategy. The role focuses on acting as the technical and quality point of contact for key pharmaceutical customers, owning end‑to‑end account complexity by coordinating cross‑functional teams, governing customer requests and translating technical requirements into high‑value solutions across the product lifecycle. This position is about owning complexity, shaping technical decisions, and becoming a trusted advisor to global pharma customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical interface for assigned customers, closely collaborating with sales team
  • Support pre‑ and post‑commercial activities by providing technical input to commercial strategies, customer negotiations and long‑term account development, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities.
  • Translate complex customers’ requests into clear, prioritized and actionable cross‑functional plans, enabling effective alignment and decision‑making.
  • Act as the central orchestration point across Quality, R&D, Operations and Commercial teams, ensuring consistent execution, accountability and high‑quality outcomes for the customer.
  • Drive resolution of technical issues with a problem-solving and decision-oriented mindset
  • Proactively anticipate risks, identify opportunities and influence outcomes, address potential issues early and prevent escalation across technical, quality and delivery dimensions.
  • Contribute to shaping how we standardize, scale and elevate our technical service model


Requirements:

  • Background in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in pharma, medical devices or complex technical environments
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems and/or product development
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, pressure and cross-functional complexity
  • Strong communicator, able to engage both technical experts and business stakeholders
  • Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory). Additional languages such as French, German or Spanish are a plus
