The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will bring experience in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top tech talents. Your work will directly impact the speed, quality, and consistency of hires across ZuruTech, while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience. You will also be a key member of ZURU’s European Talent Acquisition team, working with TA Partners worldwide.
Position Impact
- First 3–6 months: Build credibility as a trusted talent advisor by delivering high-quality priority hires and developing robust talent pipelines aligned with business needs. Deepen understanding of ZURU’s DNA, business model, and industry to attract top passive candidates.
- Longer term: Fully autonomous in managing the full recruitment cycle across the region, onboarding new Hiring Managers and team members to ZURU’s hiring framework. Enhance hiring predictability and ensure a steady flow of candidates who embody ZURU’s DNA and long-term talent objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle, from research to offer negotiation.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand team structures, talent needs and market trends.
- Drive alignment across functions on role requirements and contribute to job specifications.
- Build and maintain engaged, high-quality talent pipelines for upcoming hiring needs.
- Research and map contact channels useful for software programming and related roles, nationally and internationally.
- Partner with Local HRBP and source top talent using a multi-channel approach; conduct screening interviews and deliver a tailored ZURU pitch.
- Guide candidates and hiring teams through every stage of the hiring process and apply ZURU’s hiring framework.
- Collaborate with ZURU’s Talent Sourcing team to drive future pipeline building and market mapping.
- Train new Hiring Managers and interview panel members on the hiring framework and decision-making capabilities.
- Use data and insights to shape hiring strategy, influence role design, and inform decisions. Report key recruitment KPIs to ZURU’s Talent CoE.
- Lead or contribute to global TA initiatives to enhance tools, processes and operational excellence.
- Support management of recruiting and team-building events with universities, hubs, or scientific institutions.
- Support Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in tech companies
- Bachelor or Master in Human Resources, Recruiting or Digital HR
- Deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing and engagement, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Proven ability to craft compelling pitches and influence top talent
- Strong relationship builder and confident communicator with cross-level influence
- Data-fluent and outcome-driven, with comfort using ATS tools and recruitment analytics
- Highly organized, resourceful and solutions-oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player with energy and urgency and a high quality bar
- Excellent written and spoken English
Hiring Process
- Our hiring process consists of three steps:
- Interview with HRBP (45 minutes): Motivation, requirements, fit, cultural alignment, and an overview of the company and role.
- Interview with HR Lead (1 hour): Technical deep dive into the role and candidate background.
