You will tackle high‑transaction, multi‑system integrations and optimize performance, security, and scalability. You will work within a cross‑functional team to shape digital banking channels and core banking integrations, contributing to Globant’s mission to enable digital futures. • Promote development, security, and performance best practices
• Support teams in building scalable microservices‑based architectures
• Design solutions for digital channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Customer Portals)
• Define integration strategies via REST and SOAP services
• Optimize payload, caching, and performance for high‑transaction systems
• Serve as technical reference for the client and participate in workshops and technical sessions
• Coordinate complex development teams and manage multi‑workstream projects
• Ensure security and compliance standards typical of the banking sector

Responsabilità

• At least 10 years in enterprise software development
• Significant Banking/Financial Services project experience
• Experience managing technical teams and complex projects
• Client‑facing collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
• Backend & Architecture expertise
• Java and Spring/Spring Boot proficiency
• Microservices architecture development
• REST and SOAP integration design
• Oracle relational databases; strong SQL
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
• Kafka or other messaging/event streaming platforms
• Event‑driven architectures
• Caching strategies (Redis, Hazelcast, or similar)
• Application performance tuning and payload optimization
• API security, authentication & authorization, secure integrations
