Tech Lead Agentic AI

Role Description

The Tech Lead for Agentic AI will play a key role in shaping and leading the engineering efforts related to NowVision's AI-based platform. Responsibilities include designing scalable AI architectures, managing software development projects, mentoring team members, and driving innovation in construction technology. The Tech Lead will coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions that align with client needs and company goals. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Rome, with flexibility for some remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in AI and ML technologies, including implementation of machine learning models and understanding of deep learning frameworks
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in system architecture, software design, and data structure principles
• Experience leading engineering teams, managing development cycles, and mentoring technical staff
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities
• Knowledge of construction technology workflows, BIM, or related industries is a plus
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
• Open to learning and working in a hybrid environment with occasional office presence in Rome
