We are looking for a Tech & Digital Services Specialist to join the Tech & Digital Services area within the Tech & Digital Operations & Cyber Security Department. The role will support daily operations and cross-functional projects related to Digital Workplace / End User Services (Service Desk, On‑Site Support, Meeting Rooms, IAM, Licensing, DEX), contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and employee experience.
You will collaborate daily with team members, Tech & Digital colleagues in Italy and abroad, and external suppliers, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as the integration of newly acquired companies and the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI.
What you will do
- Support daily end‑user services operations, ensuring SLA compliance and ITIL‑based incident/request management.
- Contribute to projects across Service Desk, On‑Site Support, Meeting Rooms, IAM, Licensing, Change Management, DEX.
- Provide support on Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, MS365, Windows 11), macOS/iOS and MDM.
- Manage meeting room technologies and collaboration tools.
- Support documentation, IT communications, governance and supplier coordination.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and new workplace solutions.
- Support KPI reporting and cost tracking.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of professional experience in similar roles for medium or large companies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, MS365, Windows 11.
- Experience with macOS/iOS and endpoint/Mobile Device Management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (or a similar ITSM tool).
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).
- Ability to troubleshoot using logs and diagnostic tools.
- Good communication skills in Italian and English.
- ITIL and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
