Job Title: Team Assistant
Location: Milan city center (Duomo area)
Contract Type: 1-year temporary contract with Randstad Italia (outsourcing partner), with potential for extension or long-term opportunities
The Opportunity
Randstad Italia is hiring a Team Assistant on behalf of an international design and innovation center based in central Milan. This role offers the chance to work in a multicultural, creative environment where you’ll support day-to-day office operations and provide organizational and logistical assistance to a dynamic international team.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Manage supplies (stationery, snacks, drinks) and place orders when needed
- Prepare meeting rooms, organize coffee breaks, and welcome guests
- Handle front-desk duties: visitor registration, restaurant bookings, food orders, hotel suggestions
- Monitor deliveries and manage shipping documentation
- Process and verify expense reports
- Manage small purchases and magazine subscriptions via internal systems
- Track and update internal access permissions
