At Crìa Technologies, we are looking for a Team Manager to support our growing operations with a strong focus on PMO and administrative activities.
This role sits at the center of our organization and is critical to ensuring execution discipline as we scale our high-vacuum thermal solutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal projects, timelines, and priorities across technical and business teams
• Support PMO activities: planning, tracking, reporting, and follow-ups
• Manage administrative operations (documentation, suppliers, logistics, compliance)
• Improve internal processes, tools, and organization
• Act as a bridge between founders, engineers, and external stakeholders
Profile:
• 2–5 years of experience in PMO, operations, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Fluent in Italian and English
Key requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Excel (financial tracking, reporting, modeling) and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial management
• Familiarity with cash flow monitoring and expense control
• Experience with administrative reporting (e.g. grants, public funding)
• Ability to manage inventory tracking and procurement processes
• Structured approach to documentation and data management
