From $2,797 per fortnight + allowances + superannuationThis vacancy is open to City of Gold Coast employees only About the role As Team Leader Medium Trucks, you will play a key role in coordinating fleet operations and supporting the delivery of essential services across the City. Leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced operational environment, you will drive safety, efficiency, and service excellence while helping to optimise resources and deliver practical solutions! Responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating operational fleet activities and resourcesSupporting the delivery of efficient and effective services across the organisationMonitoring compliance with safety, operational, and administrative requirementsProviding guidance and support to employees, contractors, and stakeholdersContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational planningMaintaining accurate records and utilising organisational systems to support service delivery We’re looking for people who have: Current HR Driver Licence (or higher)General Construction Induction (White Card) – must be held or obtained following appointmentFirst Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain post appointmentCPR Certificate or willingness to obtain post appointmentEnergex Authorised Person accreditation or willingness to obtain post appointmentStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience coordinating operational teams and resourcesSound problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesA commitment to workplace safety and customer serviceWell-developed administrative and computer skills We’re committed to creating a diverse workplace and inclusive culture.
