EF Language Abroad in Milan is seeking a Team Lead (CPM Fast Track) to act as the right hand to the Country Product Manager. You will own sales, lead a small team of Language Coordinators, and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning on-site.
Successful candidates will have 3+ years in sales, 1–2 years in leadership, and fluency in Italian and English. The role offers a fast-path to CPM with strong growth opportunities within an international network.
