Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Lead for Italy who will oversee all marketing activities, report directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead, define marketing and growth strategies, manage budgets, and track KPIs across the entire funnel. You will set goals in alignment with leadership, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and foster innovation and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include campaign planning across awareness and conversion channels, developing a culturally relevant brand in Italy, and ensuring compliance with Italian and EU regulations to maintain our reputation as a trusted financial brand.
Qualifications
- Several years of marketing experience, including team leadership
- Track record of scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in startup, scale-up, or agency environments in Italy
- Full funnel expertise: acquisition, activation, retention across all channels including brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM
- Ability to balance creative risk-taking with data-driven optimization
- Strong link between product, brand, and growth strategies
- Ownership mentality: decision-making, long-term thinking, and follow-through
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus
