Responsibilities

As Team Lead Graphic Design, you will ensure that our visuals, as a central element of our campaigns, tell a real story and get people into the vacation mood. Automating processes and using artificial intelligence for optimization and innovation is natural to you. Every day, you strive to further develop the design quality of the entire team and take it to a new level.

You plan, design, and optimize ads for different channels such as Instagram, Pinterest, or search engines so that they are tailored to the target audience while supporting the campaign goals and strategy. At the same time, you actively coordinate the Graphic Design Team and ensure that quality standards, processes, and structures are continuously maintained and expanded.

Must Haves

• You have several years of experience in graphic or media design, ideally with management responsibility.
• You are enthusiastic about online marketing, tourism, and data‑driven work.
• You have a strong understanding of AI‑supported creative workflows, especially in the areas of prompting and processes for the further development of creatives.
• You think strategically, act in a solution‑oriented manner, and maintain an overview even when faced with complex requirements.
• You set high standards for your own work and your environment, while at the same time bringing new, bold approaches and artificial intelligence to creative processes.
• You have a strong sense of visual impact, combined with technical understanding and expertise in design tools such as Figma or Premiere Pro.
• You are a true team player with leadership skills: you can motivate, structure, take responsibility, and set new standards.

• First meeting without in‑depth technical knowledge in the context of a telephone interview.
• First personal interview to find out more about your personality and to introduce ADDITIVE to you.
• Second in‑depth interview with your future supervisor to discuss your professional qualifications and to clarify mutual expectations.
• Assessment day to test your skills and abilities and to give you an overview of your future tasks.
• Agreement on the conditions for working together.

An individually planned induction program offers you the best possible start in our company. In addition to the cultural introduction by our People & Culture team and the continuous support during the induction period from your supervisor and your motivated team colleagues, we will also provide you with two people specifically to support you. Your tutor will be responsible for your professional concerns, while your buddy will take care of your social integration during the first few weeks.
