What We Do
A&M provides investors and lenders the answers needed to get the deal done. We combine our firm’s deep operational, industry and functional resources with quality financial accounting and tax expertise to assess key deal drivers and focus on the root cause of any critical deal issues.
The role
We are growing and continue to expand our established team in Milan, we are looking to hire candidates at all levels with experience in Tax and who can support the team on Italian and pan European projects.
As part of our highly skilled team, the successful individual will:

• Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in Italy and across geographies and build broad international deal experience

• Work alongside A&M’s operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams
• Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships

Essential experience:

• Experience in Tax at a Big 4 firm is essential
• A strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful
• Native Italian and fluent English is required. Additional European language skills including French, Dutch, Spanish, German or Swedish are advantageous
