Tax Dottore / Chartered Accountant - Milan

Overview

We are seeking a Lawyer or Dottore in Tax, with circa 5-6 years of experience, to join a leading law firm and tax advisory based in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in the taxation of domestic and cross-border M&A, in addition to structured finance transactions for corporates and private equity clients.
• Assist with tax issues, focusing on taxation in the M&A, real estate, fintech, insurance, and HNWI sectors, by assisting national and international clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer or Dottore in Tax with approximately 5-6 years of experience.
