We are seeking a Lawyer or Dottore in Tax, and has circa 5-6 yrs experience, to join our client a leading law firm and Tax advisory based in Milan.
You will join a leading law firm and specialize in the taxation of domestic and cross-border M&A, in addition to structured finance transactions for corporates and private equity clients. You will assist with tax issues, focusing on taxation in the M&A, real estate, fintech, insurance, and HNWI sectors, by assisting national and international clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an International law firm in Milan & gain excellent training.
