About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Network Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support and training for enterprise clients and channel partners. This role is critical in ensuring seamless network operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and empowering partners through technical enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with remote TAC and R&D teams to conduct pre‑sales tests, POCs, and demonstrations focused on network and wireless solutions.
- Work closely with Level 2 TAC support teams to resolve partner and customer technical issues promptly.
- Deliver technical support for enterprise channel partners, emphasizing campus network and wireless technologies.
- Conduct regular technical training sessions, certifications, and workshops to enhance partner capabilities.
- Assist in establishing service processes (technical support, RMA, project delivery) and ensure high‑quality service delivery in assigned regions.
- Support service partners in managing and improving delivery standards.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Networking or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support and implementation for network solutions (Switches, Routers, VPN, Wireless).
- Hands‑on experience with Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, and WLAN security protocols (WEP, WPA2/WPA3, LEAP, PEAP).
- Strong troubleshooting and client‑facing communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE ASE, or Aruba ACMP preferred.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in pre‑sales engineering or solution design.
- Familiarity with enterprise campus networking solutions.
- Knowledge of RMA and service process management.
