We are looking for a Talent Partner to take full ownership of our tech hiring engine, making our recruitment processes faster, smoother, and more impactful.

You’ll blend hands‑on recruiting with process design, data insights, and strategic projects that shape how tech hiring works at Unobravo. You will partner closely with the HRBP and support Engineering, Product, Design, Data and cross‑functional teams to ensure our approach is efficient, scalable and aligned with business needs.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer , this role is a unique opportunity to own and elevate our tech hiring strategy and execution, helping us bring in the talent that drives Unobravo’s next stage of growth.

You will be responsible for:

End‑to‑End Recruitment

  • Lead the full recruitment journey for R&D, Product and Engineering: from first touch to signed offer, owning every step with autonomy and accountability.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner to our leaders: shape what “great” looks like, influence hiring decisions, and drive results that directly impact our product and tech evolution.
  • Discover exceptional talent using creative, data‑driven sourcing strategies: going beyond the obvious to bring in profiles that elevate our teams.
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience , ensuring each interaction feels personal and aligned with our mission and culture.

Process & Operations

  • Elevate our hiring operations by driving efficient, scalable processes that keep our recruitment flow fast, clear and consistently high‑quality.
  • Take ownership of our ATS and recruiting systems , ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and supports a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Leverage insights, data and performance metrics to refine our approach, spotting trends and opportunities that move the needle.
  • Track, analyse and report on key hiring metrics , turning numbers into actionable recommendations for the business.
  • Bring bold, fresh ideas: from new tools to innovative sourcing tactics, to help our hiring stand out and stay ahead of the curve.

Employer Branding & Enablement

  • Amplify our employer brand by supporting initiatives that strengthen our voice and visibility across the tech ecosystem, helping us attract the talent we want.
  • Empower hiring managers through training, hands‑on guidance and ongoing partnership, enabling them to make confident, high‑quality hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams to shape projects that elevate our EVP, enhance the candidate journey, and nurture a strong, consistent recruiting culture inside the company.

✅ Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience hiring Tech roles , ideally in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
  • Experience hiring across international markets or collaborating with global teams , navigating different cultures and talent landscapes
  • You know your backend from your frontend and can talk to engineers confidently
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset : you don’t wait, you move
  • The ability to influence, challenge, and guide leaders with clarity and credibility
  • Strong relationship‑building skills: candidates and stakeholders remember how you make them feel
  • Experience designing or refining recruitment processes to make them faster, smoother and more scalable
  • A good eye for data and insights: you use reporting to spot trends, measure success, and drive improvement
  • Fluency in English (Italian is a plus!)
