As Talent Management Partner (m/f/d) for Italy, Spain and Portugal, you play a pivotal role in our international Talent Management organization. You hold end‑to‑end responsibility for performance and development across countries, act as a trusted partner to our HR Business Partners and leaders, and contribute to building a high‑performing and future‑ready organization.
As a Talent Management Partner Italy/ Zone South (m/f/d) you will be based in Milan (Italy) for a Permanent contract.
Your Key Responsibilities
Drive the local talent and performance agenda: Lead the deployment of the performance and development process across countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal). Partner with leaders to foster impactful goal‑setting, development dialogues, and an empowered workforce.
Deploy development and training actions: Ensure the effective delivery of training and development initiatives — from talent pool programs to organizational to individual development actions. You orchestrate implementation and follow‑up, ensuring initiatives create measurable impact.
Enable and grow talent pools: Partner with HR Business Partners to enable the development of identified talent pools and senior management populations. Deploy targeted initiatives and programs that strengthen readiness, mobility, and leadership capability.
Leverage data to drive decisions: Turn data and insights into action. Use analytics to track impact, measure effectiveness, and guide strategic decisions.
Shape organizational development: Contribute to cross‑functional projects that strengthen our organization, structure, and capabilities, including process optimization and digitalization initiatives.
Collaborate within a global team and across COEs: Work closely with an international community of seasoned Talent Management professionals and HR Centers of Expertise to co‑develop solutions, share best practices, and deliver an integrated people growth strategy across zones and functions.
Profile
5+ years in Talent Management or HR Operations, delivering tangible results in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Strong communicator and trusted partner, able to influence across functions and levels with a clear customer mindset.
Fluent in HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and able to translate data into clear insights and actions.
Hands‑on operator who manages admin tasks reliably while keeping a strategic, business‑focused perspective.
Solid understanding of development, performance, and capability frameworks to drive employee and leadership growth.
Experience in hybrid and international settings, with strong cross‑cultural collaboration.
Proven ability to simplify processes, drive adoption, and improve user experience. Analytical and impact‑driven, connecting data, context, and business needs to influence decisions.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
