To strengthen our HR Team, we are looking for a Talent Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping and driving the Group’s Talent Strategy, focusing on Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning. The position will be based at our HQ in Parma.
Main Responsibilities
Talent Management & Development:
- Design and implement talent management programs (e.g., succession planning, leadership development, high-potential programs) aligned with Group strategy.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to build strong talent pipelines, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.
- Support individual and team growth plans, nurturing a culture of performance and continuous development.
Learning & Development:
- Co-design and deliver training initiatives to strengthen leadership and managerial skills.
- Monitor and enhance program effectiveness, leveraging feedback and KPIs to innovate learning strategies.
HR Partnering & International Scope:
- Act as a sparring partner to HR and business leaders across HQ, production sites, and international subsidiaries.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding them into talent and development processes.
What you bring
- At least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, and Recruitment, ideally gained in structured multinational companies.
- Proven track record in talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Strong exposure to international and cross-cultural environments.
- Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
