About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Turin , with a hybrid work model . In this role, you'll play a key part in helping us scale our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple functions.

You’ll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing both agency-level speed and internal TA sensitivity to the table.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, especially for key or recurring roles.
• Ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
• Act as an ambassador of our employer brand in the tech/startup ecosystem.
• Contribute to projects related to talent market research, recruitment marketing, or ATS optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a foundation in agency recruiting .
• Ideally, also some experience in an in-house role , within a startup or fast-growing company could be interesting.
• Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken – as they are our internal working languages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for tech or digital profiles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee).
• Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
