The role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and support both recruiting activities and day-to-day HR operations .


What you’ll do

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the recruitment process end-to-end, especially in the early stages
  • Screen CVs and manage applications through our ATS
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Help with job postings and employer branding activities

HR Support

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Help manage HR documentation and employee data
  • Support internal HR initiatives (surveys, performance reviews, people processes)
  • Be a point of contact for basic HR-related questions from the team
  • Help keep HR tools and documents organized and up to date


Who we’re looking for

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have completed at least 2⁄3 years in recruitment (head hunting counts as well)
  • It would be amazing if you already worked in a tech company - even better if you were in a start up
  • Are organized, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy working with people and communicating clearly
  • Are curious, proactive and eager to learn
  • Feel comfortable using digital tools (ATS, Google Workspace)
  • If you already used Ashby, its a huge plus
  • Are fluent in Italian and have a good level of English
