Your Mission

Troi is expanding and looking for a multi-lingual Talent Partner to join our exceptional team on an initial 6 month FTC (extendable). If you're passionate about recruitment, enjoy making an impact, and want to contribute to our continued success, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Talent Partner at Troi , you will play a crucial role in helping our clients secure top talent while enhancing their recruitment processes. Whether it’s one hire or two hundred, your expertise will be at the heart of our clients' success.


Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to continuously refine and adapt hiring strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (RPO/Embedded or in-house).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Strong capability to proactively source and attract talent using a blend of direct search, market mapping, and targeted outreach.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with business development experience.
  • Innovative thinking, staying ahead of market trends and new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Experience providing data-driven recruitment insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence, drive change, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
