Role purpose:


The Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term) will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for delivering assigned permanent and interim vacant positions, acting as sourcing partner for relevant stakeholders and business areas.

The role covers sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending internal and external candidates across all job levels.

The role supports the department’s digitalization and automation by contributing to the implementation of the new SuccessFactors Recruitment module for Vodafone Automotive.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Attracts and selects top internal and external candidates for all Vodafone Automotive markets in a fair, timely and transparent way, ensuring a candidate-centric approach and providing clear guidance on roles, processes and tools.
  • Applies effective sourcing methods and assessment techniques to identify and secure the best talent.
  • Uses communication and diplomacy skills to manage relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners and Center of Excellence team members.
  • Manages relationships with third-party providers (i.e.: external recruitment agencies).
  • Manages relationships with Talent Acquisition Group team
  • Drives operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition process and supports a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensures full compliance with the company vetting policy and manages its local implementation.
  • Supports the implementation of the new SuccessFactors Recruitment module for Vodafone Automotive.


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Good use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition methods and candidate assessment
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills


Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • 1/2 years’ or more experience in sourcing in a fast paced high growth company
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Humanistic Studies
