Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join the HR team of a Leading international Company and support the Company’s growth by attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles
- Source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the company externally
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience gained in consulting or headhunting firms, or within Talent Acquisition Teams of structured multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HR tools
