What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with both Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is remote in Germany or France and requires German and French language capabilities to engage with the local markets.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
  • Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.
  • Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
  • Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding successful outcomes for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
  • Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.

What Makes You Stand Out

3+ years of experience as a full lifecycle Talent Advisor / Partner

Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Your Background

Strong sourcing techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.

Influencing and negotiation skills

German and French language proficiency preferred
