Could you be our next Elemigo? We seek experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in hiring, particularly in volume-based, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

This is a fast-paced role in the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes, industry experience, especially in financial services, and results achieved. You should be able to guide a small team, build talent pools, and support engagement strategies.

You will proactively source and engage talent across platforms, utilizing AI and other tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Demonstrate how you attract frontline sales talent and build large talent pools with effective communication and candidate journeys.

Craft engaging outreach messages relevant to sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially in Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries. Collaborate with the Head of TA to develop and measure hiring campaigns.

You will manage a large candidate funnel across multiple roles, track sourcing data via CRM/HRIS/ATS, and provide insights to support measurement and team development. Build strong stakeholder relationships, advocate for Elements, and support hiring managers with benchmarking and messaging.

We require proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment, with results in volume hiring. Positions are mainly 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and opportunities across clients. Remote work is available, but fluency in Italian is essential.
