We are interested in experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in high-volume hiring, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Can you?

  1. Walk the walk : This is a fast-paced, volume hiring role in the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially any experience in financial services.
  2. Take charge : Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools supporting future engagement.
  3. Be inventive : Support sourcing efforts across multiple platforms, using AI and other tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you attract frontline sales talent.
  4. Embrace progression : Build large talent pools and ensure effective communication and candidate experience.
  5. Get creative : Develop engaging outreach for sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries. Collaborate with the Head of TA to optimize hiring campaigns.
  6. Take ownership : Manage candidate pipelines for multiple roles, tracking data via CRM/HRIS/ATS.
  7. Drive with data : Be comfortable with metrics, providing insights, and supporting colleagues' development.
  8. Add real value : Engage stakeholders effectively, support hiring managers, and ensure targeted messaging and successful hiring outcomes.

We require proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment, demonstrating results in volume hiring.

Positions are primarily 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and opportunities across multiple clients. Roles are remote, but fluency in Italian is essential. We are transparent about the support and benefits of working with us.
