We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in volume hiring, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Are you the right fit?

  • Walk the walk: This is a fast-paced, volume hiring role in the European field sales landscape. We want to hear about your successes and results, especially in financial services industries.
  • Take charge: Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools supporting future engagement.
  • Be inventive: Support sourcing efforts across multiple platforms, using AI and tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you attract frontline sales talent.
  • Embrace progression: Build large talent pools and ensure effective communication and candidate experience.
  • Get creative: Develop engaging outreach for sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries. Collaborate with the Head of TA on hiring campaigns.
  • Take ownership: Manage a large candidate funnel across multiple roles, tracking data via CRM/ATS.
  • Drive with data: Be comfortable with metrics, providing insights, and supporting colleagues' development.
  • Add real value: Engage stakeholders effectively, advocate for Elements, and support hiring managers in benchmarking and messaging.

We require proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment, with demonstrated results in volume hiring.

Positions are primarily 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and opportunities across multiple clients. Roles are remote, but fluency in Italian is essential. We are transparent about the support and benefits of working with us.
