The recruiter/talent acquisition partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Proactively source passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications; conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions; coordinate in‑person or virtual interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates; communicate effectively with all parties to ensure a smooth interview process; provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Assessment: Assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit; administer pre‑employment assessments and tests as needed; evaluate candidates against job requirements and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs; develop relationships with candidates; keep detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization’s employer brand and values; participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences; contribute to the development of compelling job postings and marketing materials.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to develop effective recruitment strategies for open positions; provide guidance and support on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition partner or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field OR equivalent work experience.
- At least three years of recruiting experience.
