We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist that will mainly ensure:

• In collaboration with the supervisor and the hiring manager, outline the professional profiles required with the aim of drawing up a job description;
  

• End-to-end management of the recruiting process from screening to business proposal and pre-boarding;
  

• Manage contacts with employment agencies and HH for all recruitment activities.

• Manage relations with candidates to always improve the candidate experience.

• Promote relationships and partnerships with universities, schools and other educational institutions.

• Work on Employer Branding Projects as definition of EVP, creation of contents for Linkedin etc..

Main Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology/ Economics
• At least 2/3 years of experience in complex organizations as Recruiter, TA Specialist, HR Specialist (pharma manufacturing as a plus)
• Knowledge of ATS for recruiting activities
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to innovate
• Great can-do attitude
