The Systems & Processes Specialist is responsible for analysing, optimizing, and maintaining processes and methods inside Technology&Digital.
The role ensures that processes are efficient, compliant, well-documented, and aligned with business goals. This position collaborates with Technology&Digital teams and Quality System to identify improvement opportunities, implement standardized workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement optimized workflows and methodologies, ensuring standardization across functions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, procedures and guidelines.
- Facilitate workshops and process-mapping sessions with stakeholders.
- Define requirements for the selection, configuration and update of the tools for processes implementation
- Support change management activities: communication, training, documentation, and onboarding of new processes
In particular, the role will be strongly focused on software development processes and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ensuring robust methodologies and process, guiding the implementation in the tool through proper requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Polarion or other ALM tool
- Expertise in Systems Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering.
- Knowledge of software development principles (including ASPICE)
- Global and comprehensive vision.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
