Systems Architect & Builder (AI Native)

Overview

We're a private equity investments boutique that helps professional investors access exciting private opportunities — think SpaceX, Anthropic, OpenAI. Built from veterans in Finance (JP Morgan, UBS, Pictet) and Tech (Amazon), we are a start up on a high growth trajectory, obsessing around scalability. Right now our tech stack is mostly ambition and duct tape. That's where you come in.

What you'll actually do

You will architect and build end-to-end experiences that serve internal and external clients (from schema to infrastructure to UI) that treat AI (agents, LLMs, RAG) as a first-class citizen in everything you ship. You will make sense of chaos: incomplete briefs, shifting priorities, zero legacy debt to hide behind. You will own the full stack — infra, backend, frontend, integrations — and push to prod without a committee. You will move fast

You're a fit if

You've built real things end-to-end and have the scars to prove it. You use Cursor, Claude, and every AI tool available — not as a gimmick, but as a multiplier. You're comfortable when the spec is a napkin sketch - dealing with ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership is a must. Finance/fintech exposure is a plus, not a prerequisite. You will work in English. Italian and French are a plus, not a prerequisite
