Systems Analyst, Engines

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic System Analyst with a strong understanding of SAP business processes, customer-facing systems and Power BI. This role will support Engine operations by analyzing business needs, improving systems, and enabling data-driven decisions through analytics and process automation.

This role will support the design, implementation, development and management of cutting-edge technology solutions essential for optimizing our operational processes and supply chain management. Expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration and efficiency within our systems to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Quality teams to identify system and reporting requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes and translate them into SAP functional specifications for enhancements or new developments.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, material consumption, downtime, and cost analysis.
• Support and improve existing SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) by coordinating with functional and technical teams.
• Support and improve existing systems like the dealer portal or other Engines systems by coordinating with functional and technical teams.
• Validate and ensure data integrity between SAP, MES, and Power BI.
• Support end-to-end process digitalization and assist in integrating new tools or automation solutions.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), document test results, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
• Integrate applications with databases (SQL Server) and third-party services.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Provide user training and create documentation for new features and reports.
• Work closely with business users & MSP to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Optimization, support and development of the Engines local systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of the core SAP modules (MM/PP/SD/FI/CO).
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API
• Proficiency in Power BI – data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and publishing.
• Strong Knowledge of SQL, ABAP basics, or Python scripting for data analysis or automation.
• Strong understanding of Sales processes, manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory, and costing.
