Key Responsibilities Requirements Management
Requirements analysis, interpretation, stakeholders discussion and agreement
Translate customer requirements to internal requirements for the developer
Monitor requirements implementation, coordinate and track with TPL and other Interdisciplinary Project Team (IPT) members according to project milestones deliverable defined into IPT
Create or support system release recommendation documents
Support definition of system architecture
Support developers for the correct requirements analysis, interpretation, implementation
Support review of REQ and test leading related stakeholders meeting
Ensure requirements, implementation and test traceability
Establish requirements management board (RMB) and test management board (TMB)
Responsible for test related system customization requirements
Collaborate (and in some cases develop in model base) for the system control function development and integration (development according to ISO 26262 and SE / automotive process)
Collaborate for the system communication and diagnostic development
ALM tool requirements management and project requirements traceability
Manage the requirements changes request and requirements release packages
Testing
Create test cases based on system requirements
Develop and track a project specific test strategy and test plan
Define/Develop/consolidate test environments (SIL/MIL, HIL, VEH)
Review (or support) test results and monitoring of action items
Execute test on HiL or open loop test benches
Monitoring of release test activities, support deviation discussion with stakeholders
Support and establish on site customer specific test (integration test at customer, EOL at production plant, ...)
Escalate timely to stakeholders any blocking and critical items to get it solved
Interface with hardware/software design teams to address/resolve issues
Support or coordinate field issues when needed
Develop or support vehicle and components modelling for HIL/SIL
Required Qualifications
Master engineering degree in automotive, electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or equivalent
Good knowledge of HIL test bench, including HW, SW and test cases
Knowledge of bench simulation environments - CarMaker/IPG Sw & Tools is a plus
Good knowledge of diagnostic, BUS (message map, network management, transport protocol), FlashLoader, cyber security, Autosar, FSF, vehicle functions, E&E architecture
Experience of analytic testing and troubleshooting in bench, test environments (HIL, SIL, ...) and plant facilities
Experiences with CAN, DIA (ISO)
Good knowledge of vehicle functions, vehicle parametrization, vehicle E&E architectures
