System & Process Specialist

Role Purpose

Within the Sales Planning & Administration department, the System & Process Specialist supports standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of business and manufacturing processes. This role ensures effective integration between processes and systems, collaborating closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance and IT to enhance efficiency, traceability, and operational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map current processes (AS-IS) and design improved workflows (TO-BE) across production, quality, supply chain, and industrial engineering.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions using Lean Manufacturing and process optimization principles.
  • Work closely with IT and Manufacturing Engineering teams to align processes with supporting systems (MES, SAP, SALES FORCE,AI).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on Order Management, PO process to find efficiency and avoid double digit or waste of time.
  • Collect and translate business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements and new technology implementations.
  • Support rollout and optimization of digital tools.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities for new processes and tools.
  • Ensure proper process documentation in accordance with automotive standards (ICFR, ISO9001).
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to process and system compliance.


Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for engine and powertrain components.
  • Experience with industrial systems.
  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards and tools.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and interpret operational KPIs.
  • Basic project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and Lean tools can be an add value.


Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change.
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience with process optimization and system-supporting workflows.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
