System Integration and Workflow Specialist

Fincons is looking for a SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND WORKFLOW SPECIALIST

in the field of Artificial Intelligence

SKILLS REQUIRED

• experience in the design and development of multi-tier Python-based agentic workflows and web applications.
• in-depth working knowledge of:

1) development of agents, either using frameworks (openAI-agents, google adk, haystack, etc.) or by writing custom code;

2) development of MCP servers;

3) cloud computing and DevOps (preferably with GitLab, Openshift and Helm).

• Working experience on data modelling and physical database design will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages will be seen favorably, in particular TypeScript/JavaScript.
• In addition, knowledge in the following will be highly evaluated, in order of importance:

1) development of REST APIs (preferably in fast-api);

2) RAG workflows (langchain/flowise/...);

3) vector databases (Qdrant/Elasticsearch/...).
