Job Description

System Hardware Integrator – Aerospace (Rome)

Responsibilities

• Integrate hardware into defense systems (aircraft, weapon systems, command & control)
• Mount, dismount, and test components to validate system engineer requirements
• Validate defense systems with laboratory instrumentation
• Perform software integration (30 % of activity) for embedded systems
• Manage project technical documentation
• Collaborate with system engineers to optimize solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware problems
• Support qualification and certification activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
• 1 + year experience as a hardware systems integrator
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters)
• Italian language C2 level, English intermediate
• Team-oriented, adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Preferred experience in defense or aerospace systems
• Preferred knowledge of Python and Linux scripting
• Ability to read electronic schematics and technical documentation
• Precision and attention to detail in critical contexts
• Flexibility and problem-solving mindset
