System Engineer / System Administrator

We are looking for a Mid‑Level System Engineer / System Administrator with hands‑on experience in managing server infrastructures and hybrid Microsoft environments.

This role is designed for candidates who already have solid system administration fundamentals and want to continue growing in a structured and technically challenging environment.

The person will join the ICT team, report directly to the Head of ICT, and contribute to the evolution of the company infrastructure, ensuring stability, security and continuous improvement.

Manage and administer Windows Server infrastructures (2016 or later)

Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID

Manage Active Directory (GPOs, delegations, complex permissions, auditing)

Manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure + on‑premises)

Monitor and troubleshoot servers, network services, and storage

Manage server patching and vulnerability remediation

Manage and verify backup and disaster recovery systems

Support firewall configurations, VLANs, and network segmentation

Automate recurring tasks through scripting (PowerShell)

Produce technical documentation and operational standards

Collaborate technically with the SOC and external vendors

3–5 years of real experience in system engineering

Direct experience with Windows Server in production environments

Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD

Active Directory management in structured environments

Experience with virtualization (VMware or equivalent)

Experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)

Good networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall)

Ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation

Experience in environments with at least 100+ users
