Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and development of solutions for airspace management system integration, focusing on surveillance, collision avoidance algorithms, and airspace management functions.
• Analyze requirements and define system architecture, ensuring compliance with MBSE practices.
• Use SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler for platform system modeling and design, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in validation of system functions, ensuring consistency across requirements, models, and technical documentation.
• Produce design documentation and manage requirements traceability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering or related fields.
• 3–4 years of experience in System Engineering applied to complex or integrated systems in aerospace or technology.
• Excellent knowledge of SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler for MBSE activities.
• Experience in requirements analysis, system design, and production of technical documentation.
• Familiarity with MATLAB and, preferably, Simulink.
• Knowledge of Air Traffic Management, Collision Avoidance, and Weather Awareness Systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and aptitude for working in complex multidisciplinary environments.
• Excellent communication and collaborative spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Good command of English and Italian.
