ARESYS offers a 20+ years of expertise in designing and developing on-board and on-ground systems with a vertical specialization in microwawe ( Radar, SAR) and Optical technologies.
We are looking for a System Configuration Manager to join our team and contribute to the management and governance of complex engineering projects. The selected candidate will operate within a multidisciplinary and international environment, collaborating closely with project stakeholders to ensure configuration integrity throughout the entire product lifecycle, in compliance with contractual, customer, and internal requirements.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate all the Configuration Management activities within projects:
- adaptation of the Configuration Management system, in compliance with the contractual requirements
- execution of the Configuration Management system within the project, in compliance with the requirements of the internal repository of your entity
- specify the Configuration Management requirements to subcontractors and suppliers
- Establish the CCB: Waiver/Deviation Review Board, Changes Review Board, Interface Review Board;organize,leadand control the Configuration Control Boards(CCB)both internal andwith suppliers and coordinate all related activities pre and post CCB
- Participate in end of phase reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR...)and deliver of Data packageand EIDP
- EvaluateCADM effort and cost quotation with issue of relevant Work Package
- Issue the CADM plan for theprojects
- Contribution to the Product and Specification Trees definition with engineering responsible,
- Define(or contribute)the project CI identification list document
- Define and issue the system or product C.I.D.L. to manage the baseline against the customer requirements
Specific skills:
- You master the standard configuration management processes and tools, particularly those linked with Product Lifecycle
- Youare able toset-up,adapt and assess the Configuration Management System, as well as the contractual and commercial requirements, within your scope
- Youare able tothrive forward in changing environments
Education and Experience:
- Graduated with a bachelor ormaster’s degree in Engineering or Computer Scienceor inUniversity, and you have proven experience in the field of configuration management
- You have already worked in an integrated team combining specific developments andcommercialsolutions; furthermore, you particularly appreciate collaborative work and enjoy stimulating exchanges
- You are recognized for your pragmatism,commitmentand rigor
- Eclipsetoolknowledge and experience
