System Completion Coordinator , part of the Construction Department of the Energy Carriers Business Line within the Bioraffineria project based in Livorno. Responsibilities
Coordinate the completion of plant process and utilities systems as defined in project plans and schedules, handing over the systems to the commissioning team. Align construction disciplines with the established time frame and priorities, interfacing with Heads of Departments, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Clients. Plan walkthroughs with the Client and involved disciplines to determine required actions to achieve mechanical completion. Steer coordination meetings to optimize system completion and propose alternative solutions to mitigate issues. Ensure the gathering and management of completion punch lists (yes and no items). Prepare certificates dossiers required to achieve mechanical completion in accordance with contractual provisions. Qualifications
Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering field. Experience: Proven experience in the role. Languages: English Knowledge Level B2. Technical/IT Skills: Microsoft Office. What can we offer
