System Administrator & Support - EndUser / 40k

We are looking for a System Administrator & Support Specialist to join our IT team and support both operational and project-based activities related to the company's technological infrastructure.
Reporting to the IT & Innovation Manager , the role will work closely with internal colleagues across international offices and external vendors, contributing to system management, cybersecurity, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, security)
- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users across international locations
- Collaborate on the implementation of new tools and technologies
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies
- Draft and maintain technical documentation and system manuals
- Support continuous improvement and innovation projects within the IT domain
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in similar roles within structured environments
- Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to user support
