The Role
At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you will join a high-performing infrastructure and cloud platform team, contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise‑grade container platforms based on RedHat OpenShift. The role requires a professional with a solid and progressive career path in Linux/Cloud/Container platforms, who can work autonomously and contribute to both operations and platform evolution initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance.
- Support platform evolution initiatives.
- Contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and act as escalation point.
- Collaborate with architects and consulting partners.
- Drive continuous optimization.
- Support governance and service improvement.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Linux and enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing production OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with autonomy and ownership.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform or ArgoCD.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- RedHat OpenShift
- Kubernetes ecosystem
- Linux (RHEL)
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Scripting (Bash, Python, YAML)
- CI/CD and DevOps tools
- Monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Certifications
- RedHat OpenShift Administrator (EX280) – strongly preferred.
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
- RedHat certifications.
