We are currently looking for a talented Synon CA 2E Developer with RPG expertise to join our dynamic team.

Role: Synon 2E Developer With RPG expertise

Location: The resource might need to travel office as and when required.

Job Type: Full-Time (5 days per week)

The place of work would be in Germany, or at least within Europe , and a C1 level of German is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AS400 applications using SYNON and RPGLE
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and application support
• Stay updated with AS400 tools, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related xdwybme field
• 4+ years of experience in AS400/SYNON development
• Strong expertise in SYNON (RPGLE experience is a plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
