Responsibilities

• Based in Milan, ensure operations at a local level align with central policies and standards.
• Provide second level support for local users and handle Client Lifecycle Management.
• Manage LAN, MAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Asset management for IT hardware, software, and service agreements, including lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Perform server and network activities requiring physical presence (cabling, installation, maintenance in racks).
• Retail support for cash register hardware, back-office hardware, store infrastructure, and Retail Applications (in line with IT AS Retail and local business).
• Support in areas such as Digital Signage and InStore Music for IR customers.
• Support local telephony (fixed line and mobile) and unified communications.
• Move-Add-Change (MAC) services for IT workplaces and offices.
• Respond to user requests as 2nd Level local Support; escalate as appropriate.
• Assist in procurement of IT devices and services.
• Provide expertise and contribute to Local IT projects in coordination with local IT colleagues.

About You

• University degree/education, preferably in engineering, computer science, information technology.
• Autonomy and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and Italian proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
• Innovative and creative mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in a similar role in an international setting is a plus.
