Responsibilities
- Development and testing of transmission-related functions for automatic transmissions.
- Discussing the software functions with the function developers as part of test planning.
- Creation of test specifications.
- Automation of test sequences on HIL systems and maintenance of test cases.
- Execution of software tests on HIL systems including the documentation of the test results.
- Analysis and validation of test results in cooperation with the departments.
- Participation in test drives.
- Dealing with problem management including troubleshooting and updating error databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, physics or comparable science (electronics, vehicle technology, mechatronics, computer science).
- Nice to have professional experience in transmission and vehicle technology.
- Good tools knowledge (INCA, Vector CANalyzer, IBM DOORS, Jira) and experience in dealing with dSpace HILs are beneficial.
- Nice to have ISTQB and ASPICE.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- B driving license.
