Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for a SW Analyst Developer to retain critical know‑how in the GIX team.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As a SW Analyst Developer you will:
- Provide technical support as the first point of contact for the office manager by leveraging your in‑depth knowledge of the IMA procedure and the AS400 platform.
- Perform technical analysis on the IMA application and related software programs.
- Provide oversight of the Application Management service provided by external vendors.
- Prepare software releases using the standard State Street tools (i.e., SNOW, JIRA, TURNOVER, etc.).
- Perform software developments in coordination with other team members and external vendors.
- Meet with business to collect and coordinate new software requirements, or modification of current software processes.
- Provide information to audit or other IT departments, in coordination with IT management.
- Maintain working knowledge of technical problems and software issues.
- Learn new software skills.
- Collaborate with other IT teams dealing with projects.
- Provide technical support and solve problems.
- Oversee software development and software installation.
